The former chief strategist for the Trump administration, Steve Bannon, asserted on his podcast on Wednesday that Joe Rogan’s audience of “low-information voters” is not necessary for the former president.
Bannon made his statement in response to Rogan’s earlier this week assertion that he had turned down several requests from Trump to appear on his well-known program.
Rogan said to another podcaster, Lex Fridman, that he has had “more than one opportunity” to have the former president appear on his program but has turned it down each and every time.
Additionally, he asserted that he “in no way, shape, or form” supports Donald Trump.
The two were talking about the former 45th president and how the era of Trump will be “one of the weirdest times” because of how much Trump has allegedly exacerbated “the rift in” the country, according to Rogan.
Bannon opted to defend himself by using his own punches after taking Rogan’s criticism of his old employer seriously.

The former chief strategist also criticized Rogan for streaming his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, on Spotify and his $200 million agreement, criticizing the service for including the rapper who shot seven people on July 4 and labeling it an accessory to the crime.
“You know Joe Rogan trash talks Trump, where is Joe Rogan receiving the $100,000,000 blood money from Spotify?” Bannon enquired.

After being accused last week of refusing to appear before the House committee on January 6 despite being served with a subpoena, he presented the most current episode of his podcast.
Bannon argued that his contempt of Congress trial should be postponed because the “media blitz” brought on by the select committee hearings made it “difficult to guarantee” fair proceedings during the public hearings on January 6.
According to a document, “it would be hard to ensure Mr. Bannon a fair trial in the middle of much-publicized Select Committee hearings that purport to broadcast investigative “findings” on themes that are mentioned in the Indictment.”
The trial has been postponed by Bannon till until October 15, 2022.
