Highlighting the successful ministerial retreat with the President the previous week, Keyamo shared insights into the ongoing engagement with the ministry’s top management.

Amidst the retreat, Keyamo issued a stern warning to the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) against disrupting flight operations in the country.

He stressed the potential negative impact on both local and foreign individuals and urged stakeholders to distinguish between labour movement activities and political engagements.

Appeal for Non-Political Focus in Labour Movements

Addressing the recent incident involving the beating of NLC President Joe Ajaero in Imo State, Keyamo condemned the act.

He urged labour leaders not to intertwine politics with the pure objectives of the labour movement. The minister emphasized the need for stakeholders to discern between political activities and the core principles of the labour movement.
