Federal University Dutse (FUD) Resumption Date: October 31, 2022

The Federal University, Dutse (FUD) administration has set the resumption date for the second semester of the 2020/2021 academic session.

At its 55th emergency meeting on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022, the Senate of the Federal University Dutse approved Monday, October 31st, for the resumption of academic activities for the continuation of the 2020/2021 academic session, following the prolonged strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) and other Unions in the University.

Consequently, the following calendar has been created for all Students’ information and adherence;

  • 31st October 2022 (1 week)  — Returning of students
  • 7th November- 2nd December 2022 (4 weeks) — Continuation of second-semester lectures
  • 5th – 31st December 2022 (4 weeks) — 2nd-semester examinations
