FBI documents reveal ‘Brangelina’s’ 2016 aircraft spat

During a heated argument on their private flight, Brad Pitt told Angelina Jolie that one of her kids “looked like a f**king Columbine kid” and that she was “ruining the family,” according to a shocking FBI investigation.

The leaked paper stated that the Bullet Train actress, 58, engaged in a verbal and physical altercation with her son Maddox amid the alleged drunken fury between the A-list stars.

While on board the aircraft from France to LAX on September 14, 2016, he allegedly threatened her and their six children many times, according to the bureau’s findings, which have not yet been made public in full.

The latest: Angelina Jolie stepped out with her son Knox at Universal Studios, after it was revealed she filed an anonymous 'Jane Doe' lawsuit asking why the FBI didn't arrest Brad Pitt over assault claims

Jolie apparently suffered injuries during a physical struggle on the same trip, and she allegedly showed a security guard “a snapshot of her elbow in an effort to confirm this.”

All of Pitt’s ex-allegations wife’s are refuted.

The 47-year-old “Maleficient” actress filed a Freedom of Information Act request in April and asked the FBI to provide the data under the pseudonym “Jane Doe.”

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services came to the conclusion that Pitt, who has previously acknowledged having alcohol use issues, did not physically abuse any of his children in its final report on the inquiry. The FBI also exonerated Pitt of any wrongdoing.

On September 19, four days later, Jolie filed for divorce from the actor who played Moneyball.

After 11 years of marriage, the ex-couple is now involved in a custody dispute over their kids.

The FBI report, which NBC has seen, also indicates that Jolie claimed there had been “stress” between her and her ex-husband and that Pitt’s behaviour on the private plane in 2016 had left her feeling “like a captive” on board.

He reportedly grabbed her, shaken her, and pushed her against a wall. The actor from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood then punched a hole in the plane’s ceiling.

Jolie reportedly tried to choke Pitt from behind after one of the former couple’s kids called their father a “pr***” during the altercation and she said it seemed “like he was about to assault” one of the kids.

The former couple are pictured at Brie-Champniers airport in France as they board a private jet in 20017

According to Jolie, Pitt was acting like “a monster” the whole trip, whining constantly and yelling at the kids.

The actress goes on to say that throughout the trip, the whole family was “shell-shocked,” and she felt “stuck, afraid, and didn’t know what to do.”

Jolie reported $25,000 in estimated damages to the FBI, the most of which were red wine stains.

The actress reportedly alleges that Pitt spilt beer on her, causing injuries to her back, elbow, and hand in addition to a “rug-burn type wound.”

Pitt, in contrast, had merely received a “scratch” from the encounter, which, according to her, “may have been from her.”

Jolie had complete custody of all six kids up until May 2021. At that moment, well over four and a half years after the first procedures began, a California court nonetheless gave Pitt joint custody.

Judge John W. Ouderkirk of the Los Angeles Superior Court was removed from the case in July owing to questions about his objectivity after failing to properly disclose his business connections with Pitt’s legal team.

This led to revisions in the custody agreement, which went back to the conditions that had been originally approved in November 2018 and gave Jolie full custody while giving Pitt “custodial time” with their kids.

According to sources close to the Moneyball star, Jolie simply launched the complaint against the FBI to draw media attention to the accusations against Pitt.

She reportedly claimed that she possessed the needed material for years.

According to a source, Pitt was exonerated since Angelina’s allegations lacked any supporting proof.

The marriage of Jolie and Pitt, which ended in 2016, produced six children. Along with Maddox, now 21, they also had twins Knox and Vivienne, 14, daughters Shiloh, 16, Zahara, 17, and son Pax, 18, as well as twins Shiloh, 16, and Vivienne.

High-profile lawyer Amanda Kramer, who is representing the plaintiff, said at the time of filing that her client chose to remain nameless in order to “preserve the family’s privacy.”

According to the lawsuit, the woman’s children were “verbally and physically” abused by her ex-husband while they were on a private jet, and as a result, they “suffered permanent physical and emotional damage.”

Additionally, it is claimed that Jane Doe repeatedly asked for copies of the department’s investigative file in an effort to “better comprehend the FBI’s investigation and gather information essential for her children to undergo medical treatment and trauma therapy.”

When he famously deserted his first wife Jennifer Aniston for her in a scandal that gripped the nation in 2005, Brad and Angelina started dating.

They waited almost ten years before being married in 2014 at the French vineyard where they are now embroiled in a legal dispute, Chateau Miraval.

Jolie’s admission is the most recent development in the celebrity splits controversy; earlier this week, it was revealed that Pitt pushed for frequent visits with his six children despite how ‘hostile’ things have been with his ex-wife.

Us Weekly was informed by a source that Pitt “flew to Italy for the twins’ birthday and it meant a lot to them” in July. According to the website, this comes after he made a “great fuss” of Shiloh on her 16th birthday in May.

Pitt has said of his kid, “She’s incredibly brilliant.” She will thrive even more in college. It’s a wonderful and exciting time to follow her interests and forge her own path.

The FBI report added that Angelina claimed Brad had allegedly physically assaulted  their son Maddox, 15 at the time. He is now a 21-year-old student at Yonsei University in Souith Korea

Jolie apparently still maintains custody of the kids, but according to the source, Pitt ‘pushes to visit them as frequently as possible wherever they all are in the globe.

“Brad treasures every second he spends with the children. Given how antagonistic it has been with Angelina, he has attempted to make the most of a difficult situation since he loves being a dad.

Pax and Maddox have become adults since Pitt and Jolie started their custody battle, and Zahara will follow them in January.

Pitt stopped drinking after his marriage fell apart, and soon after he dried up, he told GQ, “I can’t remember a day since I got out of college when I wasn’t boozing or smoked a spliff, or anything.”

In an interview with British GQ earlier this summer, Pitt said that as his marriage broke down, he had been plagued for years by nightmares in which Jolie repeatedly stabbed him.

He admitted to the magazine that for a good four or five years there, being jumped and stabbed would be his most frequent fantasy.

‘It would always happen at night, in the dark, and I would be strolling along a pathway in a park or down a boardwalk when someone would leap out of the abyss and stab me in the ribs as I passed under a street light that looked like it was from the Exorcist.

It’s also possible that I might become aware that I was being followed before another person surrounded me and I recognised I was in danger.

Or being pursued through a home with a young person I tried to assist escape, but I wound myself pinned—and stabbed. Never not stabbed. And I’d wake up terrified.

I couldn’t fathom why it or they would wish to harm me. This finally ceased a year or two ago when I began returning immediately to the dream and asked the question, “Simply why?

Jolie, 47, requested the release of the FBI documents under the anonymous 'Jane Doe,' after submitting a Freedom of Information Act request in April

In addition, he believes Angelia “would never agree to shared custody and is going to run out the clock until the kids are 18,” according to another source who spoke to Us Weekly. He has also “been moaning to buddies” in private about how long the court dispute has gone on.

According to the insider, he thinks Jolie is planning for the kids to “want nothing to do with” their father as adults, but “Brad will not give up the battle.”

Despite being formally separated in 2019, their custody dispute continues, and they are also at odds over the French winery they co-owned.

Recently, after Pitt accused her in court filings of attempting to ruin him, Jolie has refuted his accusations that she sold her part in his French vineyard with the intention of harming him.

She and Pitt jointly purchased the property in 2008, and they have held events at the vineyard throughout the years.

Even their wedding took place in the Château in the South of France.

However, after their divorce, Jolie sold her share of the successful Chateau Miraval vineyard in October to a business owned by Yuri Shefler, the proprietor of the business that produces the premium Russian vodka Stolichnaya, now known as Stoli.

As a subsidiary of the Stoli Group, the business is “indirectly owned” by Shefler, a British businessman.

Pitt has denied all of his ex-wife's claims and was also cleared by the FBI of any wrongdoing after its investigation closed in 2016

Then, early this year, Pitt brought legal action against the Maleficent actress. In it, he accuses Jolie of attempting to harm him by covertly selling her stock to “a Russian billionaire” with “poisonous intents,” including an alleged scheme to seize total control of the multimillion-dollar company.

Given Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, he said that the transaction constituted “a major international responsibility” and that Jolie’s goal in making the deal was to “hurt Pitt.”

But now, a source close to Jolie has denied those assertions, telling PEOPLE: “Mr. Pitt’s lawsuit is a continuation of a false narrative, and the reality of the matter has yet not been made public.”

According to the unidentified source, “Ms. Jolie and the children have not been able to return to the property due to the circumstances that led to her filing for divorce and her years spent caring for their children,” and “she made the painful choice to sell her part in the company.”

They said that Jolie “made repeated proposals to her ex-husband and she recruited a business partner with expertise in the alcohol market knowing the company would be inherited by their children.”

It’s sad that Mr. Pitt is involving her in several litigation after she lawfully and legally left the company, the insider added.

The greatest approach to preserve assets for the family would have been for one of their parents to keep ownership of a growing valuable asset, according to a source close to Pitt, who said that the reasoning did not make logic.

According to the source, a family holding 100% is worth far more than one owning 40% to 50%.

No evidence: Sources close to the Moneyball actor believe Jolie only filed the lawsuit in order to bring press attention to the allegations against Brad, and said Pitt was cleared because there was 'not a shred of evidence' to support Angelina's claims; Pictured 2012

Pitt seems to want to move on despite the continuing issues with his ex-wife since he was apparently seeing model Nicolle Poturalski for a short while.

According to a source who spoke to People in July, the Bullet Train star has been seeing a new lady but is not engaged in a “serious” relationship.

The source claimed of the Hollywood legend, who was previously married to Friends actress Jennifer Aniston and engaged to Gwyneth Paltrow, “He’s dating, but is not in a serious relationship.”

Pitt made headlines for his casual courtship as well as for spending $40 million on the historic D. L. James home known as “Seaward,” which has a breathtaking view of the central coast of California.

In what is thought to be the most expensive property ever sold in the neighbourhood, the A-List actor purchased the 1918 house in Carmel, a refuge for celebrities, last month.

Following the landmark property’s extended period of vacancy, locals are apparently eager to welcome another well-known celebrity into their community.

Pitt is said to be a huge lover of Craftsman-style houses, which may be the reason he bought his most recent bachelor pad.

The building, also known as the D.L. James House, was created by Charles Sumner Greene in the 20th century.

Daniel Lewis James, the notorious author of “Famous All Over Town,” owned the plot of land where he built the estate, which he named in his honour.

Since 1999, Searock, a limited liability corporation connected to the late Chicago investor Joe Ritchie and his wife, Sharon Ritchie, has owned it.

The opulent residence, which just a few steps from the beach, is made of locally mined sandstone and granite and has a “wooden aesthetic.”

It includes a tiled Mediterranean-style roof and arched windows made of bricks that Charles Greene “individually selected.”

The property differs from the siblings’ Pasadena mansions, according to The Gamble House, a group devoted to the work of Greene and Green, the company Mr. Greene and his brother Henry founded.

On the website of the organisation, it is said that Mr. Greene “built up the exterior walls so that they seem to be sprouting out of the cliffs” as part of the concept.

In 1997, photographer Alexander Vertikoff took the first photos of the building.
