According to a recent article in Vanity Fair, “The Flash” actor Ezra Miller reportedly “freaked out” and demanded that Susan Sarandon visit their house to “pay homage” at their fictitious altar since she didn’t invite them to a dinner party.
Visitors to Miller’s Vermont home have reportedly informed the publication that the actor had an altar covered with “bullets, cannabis, sage, and Flash figures.”
According to the person, who Vanity Fair refers to as Miller’s buddy, “often he has the ladies place their mobile phones on the altar when they walk in, and other sacrifices,” the source said. Susan Sarandon was not invited to a dinner party, so Ezra freaked out and demanded that she come to pay respect to his shrine.
Miller, who prefers they/them pronouns, has sometimes been misgendered by Vanity Fair’s sources, who claim the actor doesn’t insist on using such pronouns in private.
According to a Miller official who spoke to Vanity Fair, Sarandon and the “Perks of Being a Wallflower” actor are “close friends.” Miller “would definitely label this [anecdote] pure nonsense if questioned,” the spokesperson said, according to the website.
Insider asked Miller and Sarandon’s representatives for comments, but they didn’t provide any.
Miller has reportedly shown unsettling conduct for almost three years, according to many accounts.
A clip of the actor pretending to choke a lady in Iceland went viral online in April 2020. When prompted by “a gang of kids,” Miller’s spokesman told Vanity Fair that they had “a spontaneous response.” The spokesman said that they “went at her collarbone” rather than choking the victim.
Additionally, Miller had legal issues in Hawaii in March and April of 2022. They were detained in Vermont in August on suspicion of criminal burglary after police said they stole “many bottles of alcohol” from an abandoned home.

Variety was informed by sources that Miller chose to get assistance after learning that their status as The Flash in the DC film world was in threat.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Miller and their agent, Scott Metzger met with Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy, the film department heads at Warner Bros., in August to discuss how Miller could “stay on course for ‘The Flash’s June 23, 2023, release date” and “reaffirm their commitment to the movie as well as apologies for bringing negative attention to the production and company.”
