Candidates who have paid the non-refundable acceptance fee and have been admitted to Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) for the 2021/22 academic year can now complete their Verification/Registration online.
OOU Verification / Registration Exercise Procedure
Access the University Admission Portal at admission.oouagoiwoye.edu.ng.
To print a verification form, click PRINT VERIFICATION FORM on your dashboard.
You will be sent to the VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS UPLOAD PAGE if you have not yet uploaded your Verification Documents.
Transfer the Documents.
Each DOCUMENT TYPE must be prepared to be uploaded as a separate PDF Document.
Select the Document Type (BIRTH CERTIFICATE, JAMB ADMISSION LETTER, TAX CLEARANCE, STATEMENT OF RESULT) to be uploaded (DE)
Provide a description of the uploaded Document, such as Birth Certificate.
Await an indication from the system on the upload’s success or failure.
Each upload that was successful is listed beneath the upload area.

You must upload your JAMB ADMISSION LETTER (the six-page PDF file) that was directly downloaded from your JAMB PORTAL.
You can only upload a single document type at a time, and only an administrator can remove uploaded files.
Continue to monitor your mail for correspondence from the Verification Officer (if any).
The Verification Officer will notify you of the success or failure of the uploaded Documents.
If your application is rejected, you will be notified through email of the necessary adjustments. Correct the errors and resubmit the document.
If successful, the Verification Officer will ALLOW you to finalize payment and registration.
Candidates are encouraged to visit the University Admission Portal IMMEDIATELY to complete their Registration.
