Donald Trump suggested that January 6 witness Cassidy Hutchinson must be related to Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson because they have the same last name and are both ‘real losers’

Because they share the same last name and are both “real losers,” Donald Trump implied that January 6 witness Cassidy Hutchinson must be related to Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson.

The criticism comes as pro-Trump elements of the GOP keep working to discredit Cassidy Hutchinson following her stunning testimony on Tuesday, in which she claimed that the former president routinely hurled plates of food in the White House when he was angry and rushed at his security detail.

How did the Great State of Arkansas ever elect Asa Hutchinson, a complete RINO Stiff, as their governor? Has Lyin’ Cassidy Hutchinson, another true loser, any connections? On Sunday, Trump posted on Truth Social.

After the leader of the Arkansas GOP began to distance himself from the former president, Governor Hutchinson has long been the target of Trump’s wrath.

Trump claimed in a different post on Sunday that Mark Meadows’ former top aide understood he done nothing illegal because she wanted to continue on the team as he moved his operation from the White House to his Mar-a-Lago Florida club.

So long after January 6th, Cassidy Hutchinson was prepared to travel to Florida with the Trump Team, the author said. She was aware that I did nothing wrong. She was a huge supporter of Trump, but my people rejected her.

“What transpired? Why did she alter so drastically? All falsehoods. Even she, I suppose, didn’t buy her own crap. Trump continued.

Hutchinson testified in a hastily convened hearing on Tuesday that she was alerted by Tony Ornato, the former deputy chief of staff for operations for Trump, on January 6, 2021, about the then-president lunging at his security detail chauffeur when he refused to transport him to the Capitol that day.

Bobby Engel, the senior agent on Trump’s Secret Service detail, was reportedly in the car at the time of the incident and was with Ornato when he told Hutchinson what had happened.

She also discussed her memories of Trump’s responses to receiving bad news throughout the hearing.

She recalled “hearing noise” following the publication of an Associated Press piece in which former Attorney General Bill Barr stated that he had not observed any proof supporting Trump’s widespread allegations of election fraud.

Trump called Meadows into his office. Hutchinson claimed she moved down into the White House dining room when he came back.

In addition, she observed that the door was propped open and the valet was inside the dining room changing the tablecloth.

He gestured for me to enter and then indicated toward the front of the room, next to the TV and the fireplace.

She added, “Where I initially noticed there was ketchup trickling down the wall. A broken porcelain plate is lying on the ground, too.

She explained that she subsequently assisted with the cleanup when the valet revealed that the president had thrown his meal against the wall in response to the attorney general’s AP interview.

Hutchinson was questioned by GOP panelist Liz Cheney about if this was typical Trump behavior.

In response, she said, “There were a number of occasions throughout my time working with the head of staff when I was aware of him either hurling plates or flicking the tablecloth to let all of the table’s contents go onto the floor and maybe smash or go everywhere.”

Hutchinson’s assertions that she had the kind of access to Trump, Meadows, and others that she alleges are untrue, according to Trump and his associates.

Hutchinson’s testimony, according to Trump, was actually retaliation for him not retaining her on the payroll and moving her to Florida with his team after leaving the White House in January 2021.

The 25-year-testimony old’s was still going on Tuesday afternoon when Trump posted on Truth Social, “I hardly know who this person, Cassidy Hutchinson, is, other than I heard very negative things about her (a total phony and “leaker”), and when she requested to go with certain others of the team to Florida after I had served a full term in office, I personally turned her request down.”
