Sebastian Macdonald-Hall, whose stage name is Sebastian MDH, is said to have moved out of his two-bedroom Belgravia home weeks ago to make way for construction.

Son of property magnate Caspar Macdonald-Hall, whose family wealth according to The Sunday Times Rich List is valued at £954m, he is a real estate consultant with a Millfield education.

Fergie, 62, reportedly acquired the house from Mr. Macdonald-Hall in a private transaction in 2005, after his family received a 125-year lease from the Grosvenor Estate of the Duke of Westminster.

Friday, locals told The Times, ‘It will be intriguing to see who our new neighbors are.

Sebastian was a wonderful person, but we had to talk with him many times about his all-night gatherings.

Sebastian is also one of four members of the 2012-founded aristocratic DJ group Housekeeping.

Their emblem depicts a maid with a short skirt clutching a duster bearing an Illuminati triangle. Jacobi Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe, the brother of Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas, is also a member of the group, along with Taylor Williams and Carl Waxberg.

Jacobi is said to have attended the same preparatory school as Prince William and is close with Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, and her husband, Jack Brooksbank.

Macdonald Hall dated Lily Fortescue, the sister of Made in Chelsea’s Rosie, in the past.

The mews, situated close to Buckingham Palace, is comprised of the first and second floors of a former stable as well as a roof terrace.

It is also just a ten-minute walk from the home of Ghislaine Maxwell, where Prince Andrew was seen with his arm around Virginia Roberts Giuffre, MailOnline reported last week.

Despite Fergie’s prior statements that she was “constantly on the edge of financial collapse” and had “little comprehension of money,” she made the purchase.

A neighbor who lives within a few doors of her new home said this week, “I assume the property prices will increase with royalty here – until, of course, Andrew comes in.”

The little terrace is less than a quarter-mile from Maxwell’s old residence in central London, where she is believed to have groomed young females.

The £5 million mansion is reportedly considered as an investment opportunity for her daughters Beatrice and Eugenie, with plans to transform two apartments with a bijou patio, bar, two parlor rooms, and a parking garage into a single residence.

According to sources, she has no intention of leaving the 30-room Windsor castle she shares with her ex-husband Prince Andrew, but rather aims to rent out the new property.
