Cross and Angel speaks on their failed relationship

Cross claimed that Angel blows his mind and that there’s no reason they can’t align again, however Angel claimed that Cross never reciprocated the energy and that she’s no longer interested in the friendship.
Cross claims that Angel walked out on him when he was trying to connect with her, which irritated him because no one had ever walked out on him like that before.

The Big Brother Naija season 6 Shine Ya Eye Reunion, Day 9 (episode 9) which aired on Tuesday night, June 14, left everyone disappointed as the ex-Shine Ya Eye besties, Angel and Cross, admitted they’re no longer friends (their presumed relationship).

Angel claimed that Cross never returned her energy or positive vibrations, and that Cross never wanted their friendship to be public, despite her desire to have him publicly post and acknowledge her.

And, according to Cross, he just wanted a friendship where people would know they were together but wouldn’t say anything about them because of the internet’s toxicity.

Now, while trying to figure out when and how the lovebirds last spoke, Ebuka quizzed Cross about their most recent discussion.

“She said the last time you guys talked, the CrossGel chat was what happened,” Ebuka added. Was that the last time you said something”?

“No, that wasn’t the last time,” Cross replied. “The last time you talked was at the show,” Ebuka says again. Yes, I was attempting to talk to her about it, and she was now angry,” Cross recalled.

“That was also when you stated I’m not yours,” Ebuka said. You, too, have ceased to speak”? “Yes, that was the final time,” Cross responded, “because at the end of the day, I was trying to communicate something to her, but she didn’t really want it.” On top of that, she started insulting me again.

“So, when I was like you know what, I think at this stage now, our relationship that I’m still to have with you or anything, it doesn’t make sense anymore continuing, because you don’t respect me anymore”.

Angel interrupted, You never said that, I said that, so don’t flip it”. Cross continued, “And she walked out on me. And I don’t like it when someone walks out on me”. Ebuka asked, “Inside a show like this”? Cross said, “Yeah, that I was trying to talk to her, and she walked out on me, and when she did that, I was very sad, because I never walked out on her.

“So, after that, I literally went to my table, and that was it. That’s the end of our friendship, and I had a good concert and from there, I went home”.

“And you haven’t spoken since then?” Ebuka inquired. So, where’s your head with her now?” “Like I said, she’s literally blowing my mind off, so I’m afraid she doesn’t want anything to do with me again,” Cross responded. So it’s all right. You stay in your own space, and I’ll stay in mine, which is OK; you do you, and I do me.”

“Angel, where is your head at?” Ebuka inquired as he approached Angel. “Not interested,” Angel replied, “he did not reciprocate that energy.” “You’re basically done with everything,” Ebuka interjected, “from wanting to hide the fact that we were friends to ignoring my post.” “Literally done,” Angel said.
