Ford filled in for Lester Kiewet earlier this year from 9:00 to 12:00 on weekdays. The change will now be permanent.

Refilwe Moloto, who quits broadcasting to work as a content creator for other Primedia Broadcasting platforms, will be replaced on the morning show by Kiewet.

Ford has been working in radio for 32 years. His career began with Radio Namibia, and he then worked for Good Hope FM and Heart in Cape Town.

In an interview with CapeTalk, Ford stated, “I’m inspired by the challenge and hope I can continue the spirit of transformation and effect genuine change in the radio medium by presenting open talks that raise unpleasant themes that people remember long after the programme has concluded for the day.
