According to Amakhosi’s dependable defender Zitha Kwinika, Kaizer Chiefs aim to celebrate their 53rd birthday in style by defeating Sekhukhune United in their DStv Premiership encounter at the FNB Stadium on Saturday night.
Chiefs are on a winning streak and steadily rising the log table. As a result of their sluggish start, coach Arthur Zwane received a barrage of criticism. The players are now responding to his strategies, and the team is currently in fourth place on the leaderboard.
Kwinika, a former member of the Chiefs’ development academy, hopes the club would wish fans a happy birthday on their special day.
“Being a part of the Chiefs is history in and of itself, and we appreciate that,” Kwinika remarked at a press conference.

“We are not focused on Sundowns; we have our own race to run, and Sekhukhune is our next priority.” We want to win all of our matches, compete with Sundowns, and finish on top of the table.”
