Cape Town home is on the market for an EXTREME R100 million

On Friday, social media was abuzz over the sale of a Cape Town home for R100,000,000.

This Cape Cod townhouse was constructed from Woolworths bricks.

Some wondered if the bricks used to construct the Camps Bay home were purchased at Woolworths.

According to a post by Dogon Properties, it is a recently constructed, opulent 5-bedroom beachfront villa, a surfer’s heaven.

We do not know who would spend R100 million on this house, despite the fact that it has many attractive features.

The residence has been available from the second half of 2021. As soon as it was published, social media users pointed out its numerous errors, causing it to go viral.

The fire-ravaged rooms, crumbled walls, and debris-strewn corridors elicited amusement online.

The ad, which was posted by Pam Golding on Property24, sold for an astounding R3.4 million. And it appears that the brave buyer landed a bargain…

“In answer to your inquiry regarding the property located at 29 Lovers Walk, Rondebosch, we can confirm that it was sold for R3,400,000. This was marginally less than the asking price of R3,500,000. “Best regards,”
