Cape Town City rejects Sundowns, Pirates, and Kaizer Chiefs

John Comitis, chairman of Cape Town City, has ruled out the possibility of any of his two star players joining South Africa’s “Big Three.”

Khanyisa Mayo and Thabo Nodada continue to be linked with moves away from The Citizens, with Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates, and Kaizer Chiefs reportedly all showing interest.

Mayo is desired by Sundowns ahead of the resumption of their CAF Champions League campaign, while Nodada might be contested by both Chiefs and Pirates.

However, Comitis has indicated that he has no plans to sell any of these players in the near future, as Cape Town City seek to finish as high as possible on the PSL standings.

Comitis desires a top-five finish at the end of the season in May, and both Mayo and Nodada will assist them in achieving this goal.

CAPE TOWN CITY WILL NOT SELL MAYO AND NODADA TO THE “BIG THREE” OF THE PSL.
