Wednesday, Bristol Palin said she had her ninth breast reconstructive surgery.
The 32-year-old Texas real estate agent took a picture of herself wearing a compression bra with surgical drains that looked to be filling with a red fluid.
“Sharing wayyyyy [too much information] right now, but I had my ninth breast reconstruction surgery last night — yes, NINTH,” Palin said on an Instagram Story photo. “Everything stems from a botched breast reduction I had at age 19.”
“I’ve undergone earlier procedures to fix the initial muscle tissue damage and horrible scarring.
Throughout my whole adult life, the entire incident has left me extremely self-conscious,” she concluded.
While “hoping” for a ninth time to be the charm, she is determined to “remain optimistic” while requesting show recommendations during her recovery.
She is no stranger to cosmetic surgery, having revealed her scar from a stomach tuck in 2021 on Instagram.
Palin stated in the video, “Let’s get real for a second.” “I post what I want you all to see… from respectable angles… & not from obvious or invisible insecurities/scars.”
The mother-of-three zoomed in on the surgical scar on her abdomen, noting that she does not normally reveal this information.
Bristol, the eldest daughter of former Alaska governor and vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, debuted on “Teen Mom OG” in 2018 after giving birth to her son Tripp at the age of 18 with her then-boyfriend Levi Johnston.
She gave birth to Sailor and Atlee with her now-ex-husband Dakota Meyer.
Following her divorce from Meyer, Palin exited the reality show after a single season.
“Teen mom OG wasn’t a good fit for me; it stole my peace,” she wrote on Instagram in 2019. “My peace has a price tag that only God can afford,” she added.
“$ doesn’t impress me, I don’t put up with bs, and leaving this show enables God to rebuild myself (and my family) in the proper direction. I love all the females on the program and wish them well in their future pursuits!”
