Brisbane CBD: Charlotte St closed due to police operation

The public has been urged to avoid a major street in the Brisbane Central Business District due to an ongoing police operation.

Wednesday morning, Queensland police reported that Charlotte Street between Edward and Albert Streets in the CBD is closed due to a “police incident.”

The cause of the street closure is currently unknown, but it is believed that paramedics, including critical care, are on the scene.
