Once, Snoop Dogg sold a “blunt” in order to raise $10,000 for charity.
The “Drop It Like It’s Hot” singer is a well-known proponent of marijuana, and he famously auctioned a drug-laced cigar to generate funds for Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller’s Hilarity for Charity effort.
Rogen informed “Variety” that Snoop Dogg once auctioned a smoke on stage to raise money for Alzheimer’s disease.
Miller continued, “I believe the price was $10,000.”

After Miller’s late mother was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s in 2012, the couple formed a charity, which the “Sausage Party” actor deems to have benefited greatly from the couple’s innovative fundraising strategy.
Rogen added: “I believe this highlights how differently we are approaching the space. If you’re fortunate enough to have Snoop Dogg play at your performance and auction off a blunt to raise money for Alzheimer’s care and research, I believe that demonstrates an unexpected but effective blending of subjects and sensibilities.”
Previously, the 40-year-old actor said that he was “startled” by his dedication to the organization.
While asked if he ever considered founding a charity when he was an aspiring comic, he smiled and responded, “No.” “No.
“About a decade ago, Judd [Apatow] threw a charity event where the entire premise was that I would never do charity work.
“And it was in recognition of the charitable work I may one day perform. I won the award for best intentions. And it was a massive event whose premise was that I will likely never accomplish anything. Even I am surprised that this has occurred.”
Rogen has also commended his 40-year-old wife for the way she handled her mother’s diagnosis and death two years ago.
He said: “Hearing Lauren discuss it impresses me greatly.
“How frequently she discusses it and how willing she is to do so. It wasn’t always the case that she is so open about discussing it, and seeing how that has given her a great deal of control over her condition has been quite positive.”
