The filming of Halle Berry’s latest movie was interrupted as a family of black bears invaded the set.
It is unclear which project was affected, but filming presumably came to a halt as the animals got up close and personal with the cast.
Halle is currently working on several new projects, including the upcoming horror flick, Never Let Go, and the Netflix thriller, Our Man From Jersey, alongside Mark Wahlberg.
Halle shared a short video on her Instagram Stories, showing a huge mama bear stalking along the edge of the woods, followed by two bear cubs.
The surprisingly calm star wrote, “When a mama bear and her babies show up to your set!”

The invasion of the black bear family on the film set is an unusual occurrence but not unheard of, given that North American Black Bears are common in the US and Canada.
Thankfully, the species isn’t as prolific at attacking humans as their brown cousins, and most black bear attacks are simply defensive reactions to people getting too close.
While the incident may have caused some disruption, it also serves as a reminder of the importance of respecting the natural habitats of animals and being prepared for unexpected interruptions during filming.
The calm reaction of Halle Berry and her team in the face of this unexpected visit from the bear family is commendable.
