Naga Munchetty’s Valuable Advice

BBC Breakfast’s Naga Munchetty recently shared an important piece of advice with Strictly Come Dancing contestant Adam Thomas, ahead of his highly anticipated first dance on the show.

On Thursday’s visit to the BBC studios, the 48-year-old co-hosted with Ben Thompson, welcoming viewers back to the iconic red sofa.

However, the highlight of their show was undoubtedly their interview with Waterloo Road star Adam Thomas and his professional dance partner, Luba Mushtuk.

The discussion centered on Adam’s confidence and preparations just two days before his debut on the BBC One ballroom series.

Adam’s Confidence and Perspective

When asked about his confidence in his dance routine, Adam candidly responded, “I’ve seen a couple of the other celebrities dancing, and put it this way – I am no threat.

There’s quite a few good dancers out there, but I’m just focusing on my own little journey and I’m looking forward to stepping onto that dancefloor. I plan to share a bit of dad dancing and see what we can accomplish.”
