Today, a Downing Street sound engineer nicknamed “hot podium guy” for adjusting the mics for Boris Johnson and Theresa May made a sensational return to television screens.
Tobias Gough, 39, from Longfield, Kent, was given the moniker after a legion of Twitter followers fawned over his black t-shirt and sculpted arms.
After having become a fixture at the entrances and exits of British Prime Ministers, ‘hot podium guy’ was observed on duty again today.
And some Twitter users were more concerned with his appearance than the new prime minister, Liz Truss.
