Angry driver attempts to attack a motorist with a metal pole in Victoria

After the driver in back approached the car with a metal pole, the driver was forced to flee in terror off the road.

The terrifying incident was recorded on dashcam video and uploaded to the “Scotts Car Cameras” YouTube channel on Saturday.

On June 2, the driver was traveling down a busy Victorian road when he suddenly had to take quick action to flee from a potential violent act of road rage.
Just after 5 o’clock, they stopped at the lights on Falconer Road and were about to turn left onto Ringwood-Warrandyte Road.

The driver behind him then saw him get out to approach the car and ran off the road to get away.

The driver of the Mercedes can be seen coming to a stop just inches from the car in front, getting out, and charging toward it while holding what appears to be a metal pole.

You can also see the quick decisions made to avoid the altercation, leaving the man standing in the middle of the road as the car sped away.

The person who provided the video claimed that the Mercedes’ driver had felt earlier that they had been cut off by the driver in front when the Mercedes was in an ending lane at a merge point.

But they didn’t save any video of that specific incident.

Numerous viewers commented on this video.

Why can’t people just travel to their destination without trying to start a fight with other drivers, a viewer asked.

Why jump out of the car carrying a weapon, regardless of what may have occurred prior to this?

They continued, “You accomplish nothing other than getting worked up over nothing.”

Another person said: “Whatever happened earlier, there is no justification to jump out and attack another driver.”

A third person added: “They always show the response but don’t explain how they got the response…

They could have shown that footage as well, but they opted not to.

They continued, “Playing the victim when you were probably the instigator.”
