Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) Supplementary Post UTME Form for 2022/2023 Academic Session

All qualifying applicants are encouraged to apply online for extra admissions to Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden, for the 2022/2023 academic term. Only UTME candidates who chose AKSU as their first (1st) choice and scored 140 or above are eligible to apply for additional admissions.

All interested applicants are now encouraged to consider changing to one of the Courses listed below.

REGISTRATION PERIOD

The University portal for online registration will be active from Monday, December 12th, 2022 until Friday, December 30th, 2022. Candidates who do not register during the registration period will be disqualified from consideration for Supplementary Admissions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2022/2023 SUPPLEMENTARY ADMISSIONS

1. 2022 UTME Result slip
2. Birth Certificate
3. Certificate of Origin.
4. Certificate of Medical Fitness from an approved Government Hospital.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Candidates are required to register online for the screening exercise following the procedure below:

1. Visit portal.aksu.edu.ng
2. Click on “START NOW”
3. Click on “Enroll”
4. Click on SUPPLEMENTARY
5. Enter your JAMB Registration Number
6. Click the arrow below to Verify and Continue
7. Proceed to pay the registration fee of N2,000.00 only (excluding bank charges).  Payment may be done by debit card or bank deposit anywhere in the country. If you pay at the bank, please repeat steps 1-3 before proceeding with the registration.
8. Upload scanned copies of your papers (2022 UTME Result Slip, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and Certificate of Medical Fitness) in jpg format with a minimum file size of 120KB and a maximum file size of 150KB.
9. Check the information you’ve entered for correctness.
   After you have confirmed your registration, click the “Finish” button to generate the Registration Confirmation Slip.

NOTE:

• Changing to any of the above-mentioned programmes does not ensure automatic admission. Only applicants who reach the statutory cut-off point for each programme will be considered.
• Please keep in mind that the University does not have any sales representatives. Anyone who engages with a person and/or makes payments to an individual’s account does so entirely at his or her own risk.
