Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) Postgraduate Admission Form for 2022/2023 Academic Session

Akwa Ibom State University is accepting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission to its postgraduate programmes for the 2022/2023 academic session.

All postgraduate programme applicants must meet the university’s admission requirements.

How to Apply for AKSU Postgraduate Admission Form

Online application forms are available for N15,000.00 (fifteen thousand Nigerian Naira) only. The subsequent actions must be taken:

1. Go to https://www.aksu.edu.ng/pg/
2. Click the “Enrol” button
3. Select the Postgraduate Programme Link
4. PAYMENT: BANK PAYMENT
   • Select “Bank”
   • Enter your full name, a valid e-mail address and Phone Number
   • Click “PAY NOW”
   • Generate a payment analysis slip and proceed to any of the designated banks with the slip to make payment.
5. AFTER PAYMENT, Follow step 1-3
6. On the dashboard, Click “ALREADY PAID”
7. Provide Your Payment “Reference Number”
8. Click “VERIFY AND CONTINUE” to complete the registration.
9. Complete the Online registration form by providing the required information.
10. Ensure that you have scanned and uploaded the following documents:
    • SSC or its equivalent
    • Degree/HND/OND
    • PGD/PGDE( For M.Sc. applicants only)
    • MSc./M.A/M.Ed./MBA/ ( For Ph.D applicants only)
    • NYSC(discharge/exemption/exclusion)
    • Birth Certificate
    • Certificate Of Origin
11. Click the SUBMIT button after filling the form.
12. PRINT the Registration Confirmation slip as proof of registration.

NOTE:

• Candidates are required to submit their documents along with a Thesis/Dissertation proposal on the School of Postgraduate Studies Proposal Sheet. Subject, Aim/Objectives, Importance of Research, Methods, Estimated Outcomes, and so on should all be included in such submissions.
• At the time of form purchase, candidates must request that their relevant academic transcript be sent to: The Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies, Akwa Ibom State University, P.M.B. 1167, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. In addition, reference forms should be sent to the email address listed on the admissions application. Normally, admission will not be granted without a transcript and reference forms.
• Please verify that all of the e-mail addresses provided are valid.
• All uploaded and provided information must be accurate to avoid disqualification.

All completed application forms must be submitted online by March30,2023, along with uploaded copies of relevant credentials and a copy of the application form’s receipt of payment.
