After cat hung from flagpole, church vicar warns of more ‘sinister’ incidents

The vicar of a church that was attacked by “Satanists” in 2019 who “stabbed sheep and sprayed them with pentagrams” has warned of “sinister” behavior after more animals’ remains were left lying in wait.

After congregation members discovered a cat hanging ‘horribly’ from a flagpole, Reverend David Bacon of St Peter’s Church in Bramshaw, Hampshire, suggested that “witchcraft” might have been involved.

This came after a dead fox was found a few weeks prior on the church’s 12th-century threshold.

The group of women who discovered the cat while cleaning and preparing the church for Christmas, according to Reverend Bacon, were left “unsettled.”

Three years earlier, alleged Satanists terrorized the same New Forest town, stabbing sheep and spray-painting them with pentagrams while spray-painting the same occult symbols on Reverend Bacon’s 12th-century church.

The vicar claimed he does not know who is responsible for the crimes, speculating that it may be either individuals who are ‘simply upset at the world’ or those who believe in witchcraft.

The cat was discovered hanging from the flagpole in a really horrifying manner. Although the fox was left on the porch, it was doubtful that it would have perished there naturally, the man stated.

‘On Monday, a group of women discovered the cat. They discovered it on the flagpole when they entered the building to prepare the church for Christmas. For them, it was quite upsetting.

“Occasionally, incidents like these occur. Everyone feels really uncomfortable because of that.

The killings may or may not be related to the sheep slaughters from a few years ago, according to Reverend Bacon.

“We don’t know what prompted this. Are they enraged at the church, at life in general, or is it a result of witchcraft? I’m not sure,” he replied.

“But the sheep slaughters were considerably more artistic.” The dead fox seemed considerably less organized.

Everyone finds it to be incredibly uncomfortable and sinister. What, if anything, will happen next is unknown.

I have no idea why it is happening in our neighborhood, he continued. If it is related to witchcraft, the New Forest has long been associated with witchcraft.

But it can just be cruel things that happen at random. The situation is horrifying for anyone who discovers the dead animals.
