Actor covers romance book after photo was bought off Amazon

Christian Demeritt, an aspiring actor, was surprised to learn that a stock photo firm had purchased her photos from 2010. That’s how her image ended up on the cover of a romance book that was later sold on Amazon. For the sensual short story “His Big, Childhood Sweetheart,” Demeritt’s picture had been Photo-shopped next to a ripped male model.

Even scarier, everything was entirely legal. She discovered the hard way the risks associated with signing photography releases, something Asia Grace, then 11 years old, certainly didn’t give much thought to. The “Post Poppin” host admitted that she had registered for complimentary headshots at a shopping center. She admitted, “Low and behold, I have no idea where those images are now.
