ACEONDO Post UTME/DE Screening Form

The administration of Adeyemi College of Education (ACE) Ondo welcomes adequately eligible applicants to apply for its 2022/2023 academic session Post UTME screening.

Adeyemi College of Education Post-UTME Eligibility Screening

The following groups of applicants are hereby invited to participate in the College’s Post-UTME Screening Exercise:

For Degree Programs: UTME candidates with a minimum score of 200 points
For Direct Entry (DE): Candidates with a minimum of seven (7) points and a Merit Pass in their course of study.
For NCE Programs: UTME candidates with a minimum score of 120.

NOTE:

The candidates listed above must have selected Adeyemi College of Education, (ACE) Ondo as their first choice institution.

Before applying, qualified candidates who did not make ACE, Ondo their first choice institution must change their first choice institution to Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo (Affiliated to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife) for the Degree Programme and Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo for the NCE Programme.

Direct Entry candidates must additionally submit a paper copy of their NCE result and transcript to the College’s Division of Admissions and Academic Board.

How to Fill Out the Adeyemi College of Education Post-UTME Application

Candidates must visit portal.aceondo.edu.ng and pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 via Etranzact or REMITA at any commercial bank in order to register for the screening exercise. You may also pay online with a debit or credit card.

After payment has been confirmed, candidates will be requested to complete the following on the College’s site.

Visit portal.aceondo.edu.ng
Once the application form has been submitted, it will not be possible to make corrections.

Upload a 50kb JPEG photo of yourself without eyeglasses or a veil that is no larger than 50kb.
Where relevant, upload your SSCE (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) and NCE results.

On the platform, candidates must meticulously submit their O-Level/NCE results (if appropriate). Any candidate who provides false information is subject to prosecution by law enforcement agencies, and his or her admission is revoked.

Check your entries for errors
Please submit your application
Produce the post-UTME screening form
Candidates whose O-Level Results are not yet available should not apply until their release.
The O-Level transcript must be uploaded to the JAMB Central Processing System (CAPS).

In due time, candidates deemed prima facie qualified would be notified.

Candidates are encouraged to include a valid email address and phone number where they can be reached.

The College is not responsible for failure to receive information due to invalid email addresses and incorrect/inoperative phone numbers.

Sunday, January 29, 2023 is the submission date for online forms.
