According to reports, Enhle Mbali is facing an R143 million lawsuit

According to reports, freelance photographer Cyan Haribhai is suing actress Enhle Mbali Mlothswa for R143 million over images she allegedly took of Enhle Mbali during South African Fashion Week that Enhle Mbali uploaded without her consent.

Actress Enhle Mbali lives in fear after a security officer was fired for snooping.

Freelance photographer Cyan Haribhai allegedly launched the R143 million case against Rockville actress Enhle Mbali in the Johannesburg High Court.

According to The Citizen and Sunday World, Haribhai accuses the actress-fashion designer of clothing company Essie Apparel of stealing the photographer’s fashion photographs published on the fashion website Photo Vogue.

Sunday World reports that it is thought she published photos on her Instagram account without permission.

Haribhai alleges in court documents seen by Sunday World that she photographed the fashion designer during South African Fashion Week and posted the images to her Instagram account @cyanstrange.

The photographer apparently sent a letter from an attorney to the fashion designer, citing copyright violations. Haribhai adds that the actress from Isibaya disregarded the letter.

According to Sunday World, Mbali stated that she has been hounded by Haribhai’s “frivolous lawsuit” and that the images were taken over three years ago.

Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa, a mother of two, told City Press in December that she is living in fear due to a threat to release incriminating photos of her that were stolen from her phone. She also terminated a security guard suspected of eavesdropping on her.

The magazine reports that the fashion designer filed a police report after an unknown caller threatened to expose her breasts.

It is reported that she found that her private security guard was sharing secret information with the DJ Black Coffee driver of her estranged spouse.

“I have been feeling unsafe, unprotected, and vulnerable in a variety of ways…”

I stated that I do not feel comfortable with this individual in my home, therefore I requested that the security company remove him.

“I accessed our security phone. This is the phone used by security personnel on the premises. “When I got the phone, I saw that there were pictures of my guests, packages for delivery, my mother’s license plates, my license plates, and conversations between the security guard and another man,” she stated.

“I’ve initiated a criminal investigation with the police. A crime has not yet been committed, with the exception of my phone being tapped by an unknown party.
