Lynn “Glammy” Forbes, AKA’s mother, is already in Mother’s Day mode, honoring her family during this special time of year. This includes musicians DJ Zinhle, Nadia Nakai, and Murdah Bongz, who are part of her blended family.
GLAMMY’S MOTHER’S DAY MESSAGE
AKA’s mother, daughter, and grandmother came to Instagram to express her love for those she cares about.
Starting with her own mother, Janet Reed, Glammy expressed gratitude to her for educating her about love and family.
“As Mother’s Day approaches and I consider parenting, I am grateful for my own mother and the lessons she has given me about love and family.” Raising a blended family to live together in harmony and raise well-balanced, happy children is not always easy, but it is achievable when everyone works together for the sake of the family’s youngest members. She commented, “Thank you mum for your never-ending love and teachings.”

Glammy’s children and grandchildren received the other half of her message.
Glammy congratulated AKA, his fiancée Nadia Nakai, his baby mama DJ Zinhle, and her baby daddy Murdah Bongz for being real.
“Thank you to everyone who makes this family possible. You each have your own family, and nothing can ever diminish the importance of belonging to that family; it is and always will be the most essential thing to you. But today, as we honor mothers and families, this wonderful blended family would not be possible without you and the energy you offer to make us what we are… a family. Thank you for being yourself.”
Glammy and DJ Zinhle have an unbreakable friendship. Glammy made appearances on the first season of the Umlilo hitmaker’s reality TV show Unexpected. Zinhle had previously been described as “her companion and confidante” by Glammy.
Despite the fact that AKA and the founder of Era by DJ Zinhle are no longer together, they share a beautiful baby daughter named Kairo with whom they co-parent.
Zinhle, a mother of two, received her second daughter, Asante, with Murdah Bongz last year. As a result, Glammy welcomes the Black Motion DJ into her expanding family.
AKA and Nadia Nakai, on the other hand, made their relationship public in March, which meant she was already known to Forbes. This is why Glammy included herself in her family’s celebrations.
