A.K.A. murder: K.O. unleashes attorneys on social media detective

Following the death of Kieran Forbes (AKA), South African rapper Ntokozo Mdluli, also known as K.O, has sent his attorneys after a social media user who reportedly made harmful accusations about him.

The rapper moved to Twitter to warn social media detectives against attributing AKA’s death to innocent parties.

“Stop using the names and lives of innocent people to gain influence unless you have verified facts and motive! My attorneys have properly summoned one of you. K.O tweeted, “We’re all hurting and mourning, but don’t add my name to your ‘grief’ and public spats for the sake of trending.”

K.O. REFERENCES NOTA BALOYI?
According to IOL, the rapper is thought to be pursuing legal action against former music manager Nota Baloyi, who has been making baseless charges on social media since AKA’s death.

PS: Stop using the names and lives of innocent people to gain influence unless you have confirmed facts and motive! My attorneys have properly summoned one of you. We’re all hurting and mourning, but don’t use my name to make your ‘grief’ and public disputes trendy!

Friday, February 10th, the Fela in Versace hitmaker was shot outside Wish restaurant on Florida road in Durban. CCTV footage published immediately after the murder depicts an unidentified assailant approaching AKA and shooting him point-blank.

FORBES FAMILY CONDEMS STATEMENTS ACCUSING THE RAPPERS’ FRIENDS OF HIS MURDER
The tape was analyzed by social media users, who identified his friend Don Design as a prime suspect.

On Tuesday, 14 February, however, AKA’s father Tony Forbes met the media at Rockets club in Bryanston, Johannesburg, and refuted the allegations.

Additionally, AKA’s family criticizes accusations made about his buddies.

“We send our love and support to Kiernan’s friends who were with him in his final moments in Durban, and we share their grief and pain. They will always be welcome in our home.

He stated, “We do not condone what is being said about his friends, and those who are making such dangerous statements should cease immediately.”

On Saturday, 18 February, AKA will be laid to rest in a private ceremony.
