Pervy Teesside Magistrates’ Court heard that Karl Madden reached between his car window and the kiosk and touched the girl, who was left angered and humiliated by Madden’s intrusive advances.

Madden was handed a 12-month community order with 25 days of required rehabilitation activities. He must pay £150 in restitution and £95 in victim surcharge.
