His MBE, shaped like a cross, was granted in 2007 for his commitment to rugby.
The Diamond Jubilee Medal was created in 2012 to celebrate 60 years of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign.
It’s silver and has the Queen’s face and jubilee year.
