At around 10:10 p.m., police were dispatched to the area of Alki Avenue Southwest and 62nd Avenue Southwest in response to reports of gunfire. Officers interviewed witnesses and gathered evidence, including over a dozen expended shot casings, at the crime scene.

Detectives will continue to investigate this incident. Anyone with information about this shooting should call the Violent Crimes Tip Line at 206-233-5000.
