Ukraine as a state actually no longer exists – Kirill Stremousov

According to Kirill Stremousov, the deputy head of the Kherson region’s administration, Ukraine as a state de facto no longer exists because Western funds are being stolen.

“Ukraine as a state actually no longer exists. Speaking objectively, now there is simply a plundering of all the money that the West gives them,” Stremousov said.

The Russian military seized control of the Kherson and Azov regions of the Zaporozhye area in mid-March. There are now civil-military administrations, Russian radio and TV stations have started airing, trade relations with Crimea are being discussed, and the ruble is now in use.
