Friday around 8 p.m., police detained a 35-year-old male and a 25-year-old woman following a pursuit along the Pacific Highway in Killara, on Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

After a 37-year-old man fell from a sixth-floor balcony at a Turbot Street apartment in Brisbane on December 5, police filed arrest warrants for the two individuals.

Two persons were caught during a high-speed car chase, while a third person was apprehended for attempted murder.

Critically ill, he was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

After the police pursuit, drivers reported hearing loud bangs and the sound of firearms discharging.

On the busy route, three police cars collided with the vehicle, stopping it in its tracks.

One can hear a woman filming the incident yelling to her partner.

She said, “Baby, baby, baby… baby, go out!”

The driver said, “They’ve just shot someone.”

Police issued arrest warrants for the two after a 37-year-old man fell from a sixth-floor balcony at a Turbot Street property in Brisbane on December 5.

She stated, “They were sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, where they remain under police guard.”

Police detained a 35-year-old man near Mermaid Waters on Thursday and charged him with attempted murder, serious bodily injury, burglary, theft, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

On Friday, he appeared before the Brisbane Magistrates Court and was remanded in custody until February 13.
