The Transportation Screening Administration reports that a tourist attempted to transport a boa constrictor snake classified as a “emotional support animal” through security.

A representative for the agency stated that the incident occurred in December at Tampa International Airport, where a woman had the “Bartholomew” snake in her carry-on. The snake was identified by an x-ray machine when the luggage was scanned.

The TSA called the airline, which informed the passenger that she could not carry the snake on board.

According to the organization, the length of the snake is four feet.

“There’s a noodle of peril in that sack… Our agents at Tampa International Airport did not think this funny! A passenger’s carry-on included a four-foot boa constrictor! The TSA stated in an Instagram post that it had “absolutely no adder-ation” for detecting a pet during x-ray screening.
