Three unrelated stabbing incidents in East London took place on Friday, resulting in the death of three people.

The attacks happened across Walthamstow, Dagenham, and Hackney over a period of eight hours.

Senseless Stabbing of 16-year-old Boy in Walthamstow

A 16-year-old boy was ambushed and stabbed to death as he left Kelmscott School in Walthamstow.

According to a resident, his attackers were waiting for him outside the school.

The boy tried to escape but was caught and stabbed a short distance away.

Despite emergency workers’ efforts, he died in the street at 4.39 pm on Friday. The headteacher of Kelmscott School, Sam Jones, called the attack “senseless” and marked it as the “darkest of days” for the school community.

Murder Investigation in Dagenham

Detectives launched a murder investigation after an 18-year-old man named Jordan was stabbed to death near Dagenham Heath Tube station.

Two groups were reported fighting with machetes when Jordan was fatally stabbed. A second man was taken to the hospital with stab wounds, and a 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder.

Fatal Stabbing in Hackney

Another murder investigation was launched after a man in his late 20s was fatally stabbed at a residential property on Mare Street, Hackney.

The police found the victim at 11.07 pm on Friday, and he was declared dead at the scene. Two men, one in his 40s and the other in his 50s, and a woman in her 50s were arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in custody.
