The Arabic Language Education Centre for the Gulf States (ALECGS) in Sharjah, an arm of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS), has released the fourth part of its series, Standards for Teaching Arabic for Grades (10-12), as part of its strategy to develop Arabic language curricula, and to meet the directives of rational Gulf leaders and its aspirations to develop the teaching and learning of the Arabic language.

The publication, according to Dr. Issa Saleh Al Hammadi, Director of the Arabic Language Education Centre for the Gulf States (ALECGS), is part of the ALECGS’s plan, which was approved by the Ministers of Education, members of the General Conference of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States, in order to achieve the centre’s goals in developing the teaching and learning of the Arabic language.

Al Hammadi noted that the publication is for curriculum designers, educational supervisors, Arabic language teachers, and experts in Arabic language teaching and learning.
