A judge was informed that a white supremacist from the United Kingdom might be extradited to the United States for posting a series of hateful films that “encouraged and in part inspired” Buffalo mass shooter Peyton Gendron.

Daniel Harris, 19, was found guilty on Tuesday of promoting terrorism with films that advocated for an armed uprising and praised racist mass killers, according to Derbyshire police.

According to The Times of London, prosecutor Joe Allman told the court that the recordings “encouraged and partially inspired” Gendron, then 18, to murder 10 black Tops shoppers in May.

The Manchester Crown Court was informed that Gendron, who pleaded guilty to the horrific shooting on Monday, used an image from one of Harris’ films in his own 180-page manifesto.

In that video, Harris urged his supporters to arm themselves in response to irrational worries of a “planned genocide” against whites.

The UK Times said that two months before to his deadly killing, Glendon had placed a remark under another of Harris’ films.

“Friend, you are not alone” According to prior accounts, he used the same moniker, Jimboboii, in his livestream of the store massacre.

Hours after Glendon’s heinous assault, Harris glorified it in another of his films. He was arrested by British counter-terrorism officers later that month.

His UK prosecution heard that he also cheered the assault that murdered 10 black people in Buffalo.

Allman, the prosecutor, said that it was unclear if Harris was “necessarily aware” that his films had inspired the mass shooter. Harris denied having any communication with Glendon before to the attack.

In any case, remarked Judge Patrick Field, it was a subject of serious concern.

Harris faces up to 12 years in jail when he is sentenced in January and was warned he might be extradited to the United States in relation to the Buffalo shootings, according to a court report from a British newspaper.

However, it was unclear if such steps had been taken.

Buffalo’s Erie County District Attorney’s Office informed The Post on Thursday, “Our office has no evidence that this individual violated a New York State criminal statute in Erie County.”

A spokeswoman stated, “Therefore, we have not made any request to have this guy extradited to the United States.”

Federal prosecutors, who have charged Glendon with 27 counts of hate crimes and firearm possession, did not reply quickly to requests for comment. The Justice Department has not yet said whether it would pursue the death sentence for Glendon, who has pled not guilty to the federal counts against him.

Harris was convicted guilty of five counts of supporting terrorism but was found not guilty of one count.

In addition, he was found guilty of one count of possession of material for terrorist purposes as a result of what Detective Inspector Chris Brett described as “the rather disturbing finding” of him attempting to create a pistol using a 3D printer.

Initially, police “attempted to engage Harris through the Prevent” program, which aims to guide disturbed individuals away from terrorism.

“However, it quickly became apparent that he was pretending to be deradicalized while promoting terrorism online,” said police chief Brett.

“The threat he posed necessitated that we take action to guarantee the safety of the general population.

“By releasing these films online, Harris’ poisonous speech might have influenced countless others throughout the globe,”
