Two weeks after welcoming son Tristan, Tarek El Moussa shared ex-wife Christina Haack’s reaction to his expanding family.
Haack wished her former “Flip or Flop” co-star well after the little one’s arrival, he said Us Weekly in an interview published Wednesday.
El Moussa, 41, stated, “She is very happy for us.”
He and Haack, 39, were married from 2009 to 2018 and co-parent daughter Taylor, 12, and son Brayden, 7.
El Moussa moved on with 35-year-old Young, and they wed in October 2021.
The reality stars’ kid was born on January 31, revealing his face for the first time to the media.
Young also disclosed the name of her infant and explained the family ties behind it.
“Tarek was supposed to be named Tristan, and his parents ended up naming him Tarek,” the “Selling Sunset” actress added.
The real estate agent kept the news of Tristan’s birth to herself, remaining in a “happy, private little bubble”
Although Haack did not remark on the child’s Instagram debut earlier this month, her ex-husband Ant Anstead did express his approval.

Anstead, 43 years old, married Haack in December 2018. Before the couple separated in 2020, they welcomed Hudson, who is now three years old.
Haack has maintained a cordial relationship with El Moussa and Young in parenting Taylor and Brayden, despite the fact that the ex-spouses have publicly fought over child custody.
