After 25 years of marriage, Sylvester Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin Stallone has filed for divorce.
The couple has a house in Palm Beach County, Florida, and last week filed the petition there.
They also own a property in California, so she wants to live there exclusively. She also wants her name to be changed back to Jennifer Flavin. Additionally, she claims that the actor willfully wasted money that should have been accessible to her and is requesting a larger portion of their assets.
A request for comment given via email to a spokesperson for Stallone has not yet received a response, and Stallone has not yet responded to the divorce filing.
There are no custody disputes since the three daughters of the marriage are all adults.
In 1997, in London, Sylvester Stallone, 76, the actor best known for the “Rocky” and “Rambo” films, wed Jennifer Stallone, 54, a businesswoman and former model.
Before splitting up and eventually reuniting, they had been dating for a while in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Sylvester Stallone, who last wed Brigitte Nielsen, his “Rocky IV” co-star from 1985 to 1987, was in his third marriage. This was the first marriage for Jennifer Stallone.
