South Africa’s youth has a history of driving change, exemplified by the events of June 16, 1976.

Despite the uncertainties of the present, today’s youth continue to carry on this legacy.

To address the challenges they face, the government has implemented various programs and strategies to empower the youth, including economic opportunities, bursaries, internships, and learnerships.

She approached Shell and Sefa, securing a franchise site and funding for her business.

Sefa was particularly supportive of her ambitions, appreciating her entry into the fuel industry as a young black female.

Mdluli’s grant of R7.9 million, with R1.5 million as a grant and the rest as a loan, propelled her business forward.
