The Sokoto State University, SSU post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Form for the 2022/23 academic year has been released. Below are the courses, requirements, and application instructions for the SSU post-UTME form.
Admission to the Sokoto State University (SSU) DEGREE PROGRAMS for the 2022/2023 academic session is open to all appropriately qualified applicants.
The online screening procedure for admission to Sokoto State University for the 2022/2023 Academic Session will begin on Monday, September 12, 2022, and conclude on Saturday, December 31, 2022.
SSU Post-UTME Eligibility Screening
Candidates that applied for admission to the Sokoto State University, Sokoto via UTME and Direct Entry and chose the University as their most preferred Institution (i.e. first option) and scored at or above the SSU minimum cut-off mark of 140.
In addition, Direct Entry candidates must hold at least a Lower Credit in HND/ND, a Merit in NCE, and 6 points in IJMB in relevant subjects from an accredited postsecondary institution.
How to Fill Out the Sokoto State University Post-UTME Application
The steps are as follows:
Visit the University Portal at http://portal.ssu.edu.ng in STEP 1.
Enter your JAMB Registration Number as your username and password in STEP 2.
To update your phone number and email address, click on the ‘Update Data’ option.
Generate and print your invoice for the screening payment in the amount of Two Thousand Naira (2,000) with the Unified Payment (UP) Reference Number. Proceed to any commercial bank listed on your invoice to make a payment, or click on the “Pay Now” link to use any of the quick Unified Payment channels.
After payment, you must re-login to your account and update your biodata.
Academic records and other essential information constitute STEP 6. For your records, please print your acknowledgment slip and payment receipt.
Please note that the screening will be conducted exclusively online, and applicants will never be asked to take an exam.
