On Wednesday, the “True Blood” star’s birthday, Sofia Vergara surprised her husband Joe Manganiello with a steamy bikini selfie while posing for a mirror selfie in a traditional black two-piece with a clear clasp.
Fans of the 50-year-old “Modern Family” actress were astounded by the picture, which was taken during the couple’s tropical vacation, and couldn’t believe how young-looking she looked.
“Again, how old are you? She’s attractive for a 20-year-old and she’s 50??!” one supporter jokingly exclaimed, while another added, “24?” No way, not at all.
Do you ever become older? A fifth said, “Almost thought that was a throwback!” as a fourth inquired.
Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Vergara’s “Modern Family” co-star, and Justin Mikita, her husband, both expressed their admiration for her: “sofia!!!! For a day, I would adore having your appearance. Or joe. mostly you though. I adore you both!
The caption on the judge’s Instagram image said “Playa brisa y mar,” which is Spanish for “beach breeze and sea.”
She also uploaded a video of the beach and a photo of Manganiello wearing a black tank top to the same Instagram carousel. Later, the Colombian actress shared photos from behind-the-scenes of her husband’s 46th birthday celebration, which included a meal with the entire family that included cake and candles.
On July 10, Vergara turned 50. To mark the occasion, she and her family dined poolside at Tower Bar in Los Angeles.
