Sergio Aguero accuses Independiente of circulating false information about his comeback

Sergio Aguero has accused Independiente, his previous club, of circulating false information regarding his comeback.
The former Manchester City and Barcelona striker announced his retirement from sport in December after being diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmia while playing for Barcelona in a La Liga match against Alaves.
According to sources in Argentina, Aguero, 33, was practicing with Independiente, his first club, in preparation for a future comeback.
During one of his regular Twitch sessions, the Manchester City veteran dispelled the reports and lambasted the Independiente management. ‘I
wanna say to the board to stop using me as a political pawn,’ Aguero said. ‘Do not disturb me, I have no business with it. I haven’t spoken with anyone at the club since I left.
The striker joined Independiente at the age of nine and made his senior debut in 2003 at only 15 years old.
He left the club in 2006 to join Atletico Madrid, before moving on to Manchester City five years later.
