Tom Brady and Bill Belichick’s 18-year marriage made football history. Since their separation, however, Brady has been searching for his next superstar coach.

First, it was Bruce Arians’s Super Bowl victory, and now it’s Todd Bowles’s turn to be vilified.

So, Peter Schrager of NFL Network’s “The Season with Peter Schrager” raised the question that fans were all asking to former Saints head coach Sean Payton during an appearance on “The Season with Peter Schrager” when it was rumored that he and Tom Brady will be joining forces next season.

Therefore, Tom Brady will be your quarterback everywhere you go? Schrager questioned Payton, in reference to the fact that he is the NFL’s most sought-after free agency coach, who will likely choose his landing destination.

Payton, who presently works for Fox Sports, poured cold water on the notion that last week’s Buccaneers game was enjoyable.

“Throughout the years, we maintained contact but never collaborated,” Payton stated. However, there are likely too many variables in this equation.

He said, “There is a good chance that if we work together, it will be with Fox.” Brady signed a big 10-year, $375 million contract with Fox Sports to become an analyst after his playing career ends.

The dream coupling of Payton and Brady is currently on hold. Next season, however, these two offensive masterminds will be free agents.
