The OWO’s culinary line-up is impressive, featuring Café Lapérouse from Paris, Paper Moon from Italy, and a rooftop restaurant and sake bar by renowned sushi master Endo Kazutoshi and restaurateur Misha Zelman.

Additionally, Mauro Colagreco, the Argentinian chef behind the three Michelin-starred Mirazur in France, will open three restaurants at the 120-bedroom hotel.
