Sarah Herron and Dylan Brown’s “hearts are beyond comprehension shattered” after the death of their newborn son.

Wednesday, the former “Bachelor” star confirmed the tragic news on Instagram, writing, “There are no words to describe the magnitude of loss and pain we’re experiencing.”

“On January 28, at the age of 24 weeks, our handsome baby Oliver Brown was born. Soon after, he passed suddenly in his father’s arms,” the 36-year-old wrote alongside a collection of images from her pregnancy.

“Oliver, our IVF miracle defied so many odds and endured so many difficult milestones to be here, but the higher powers had other plans for the three of us.”

Herron went on to say that despite their grief, their child taught them about the “integrity of life, love, and death.”

“Oliver infused our home and hearts with an abundance of love and, most importantly, optimism. The constellations aligned to make Baby Oliver for a greater purpose than we can comprehend. His physique was diminutive, but his legacy will always be enormous to us.”

The “Bachelor in Paradise” alum explained that she will never forget swimming with sea turtles while pregnant, experiencing Oliver’s support as she went through an injury, and most significantly, all the time he spent “heart to heart” with their puppy, Rio.

“While our hearts are shattered beyond comprehension, we are comforted by the fact that our son’s soul only knew love and will no longer suffer in a body that was never meant for this life,” she wrote.

“We will never comprehend the cruelty of it all, yet Oliver continues to shine through the darkness. We adore you so much, young man. You cannot be replaced. You are so flawless and gorgeous. Love, Mother and Father.”

The reality star is attempting to recall the positive memories and experiences she spent with her unborn child when he was still in her womb.

Dozens of “Bachelor Nation” alumni expressed their sympathy for Herron and Brown in the comments section.

“God bless you all Sarah. We adore you,” tweeted former anchor Chris Harrison.

Sending all the love and support to your family. “My deepest condolences for your loss,” remarked “Bachelorette” star Katie Thurston.

“You are so adored, Oliver Clare Crowley said, “Sarah, you are the most incredible mother, and watching you fight so hard for your son has been nothing short of beautiful to witness.”

After undergoing IVF, Herron and Brown, who became engaged in May 2021, revealed their pregnancy in September.
