Russia logs 9,027 COVID-19 cases, 36 deaths in past 24 hours

MOSCOW, 27th July, 2022 (WAM) — Russia has added 9,027 new cases of COVID-19 and 36 deaths in the past 24 hours, the coronavirus response headquarters said in a statement on Wednesday.

A statement carried by Interfax news agency said that, with the new cases and fatalities, Russia’s caseload now stands at 18,554,036, with the death tally rising to 382,272.

Meanwhile, 5,115 patients have recovered over the past day, taking the total to 17,953,445.
