Republican James Comer thinks Hunter’s federal allegations are the start

The possible criminal charges Hunter Biden may face are just the “tip of the iceberg,” according to the Republican who would oversee congressional probes if the GOP wins back the House in the October elections.

The president’s son is a “national security concern,” according to Rep. James Comer, the leading Republican on the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, and his foreign business transactions may have jeopardized his father’s reputation.

Comer has said that if he becomes the committee head in January, Hunter, his overseas business dealings, and accusations that the Biden family “peddled access to the highest levels to profit themselves” would be at the top of his agenda.

In addition, he says that he would continue to look into Hunter even if he is charged since the scandal-plagued president’s son still has “many concerns of concern.”

These include oil and gas sales to Chinese firms and the 150 “suspicious activity reports” on accounts connected to his international business dealings.

Comer has requested further information from the Treasury Department, but none has been provided so far.

Comer said in a statement to DailyMail.com that “the federal accusations targeting Hunter Biden are only the top of the iceberg.”

Evidence is mounting that Hunter Biden and other Biden family members sold access to the highest ranks to profit themselves at the expense of American interests.

We are aware that James Biden and Hunter Biden generated at least 150 suspicious activity reports related to their dubious international business transactions.

Even worse, we are aware that Joe Biden participated in the Biden family’s scheme to export natural gas to China. Our national security is at risk if Joe Biden is tainted by his family’s business activities.

Republicans on the Oversight Committee will keep looking for solutions, openness, and accountability on behalf of the American people since it seems that the FBI investigation into Hunter Biden does not cover these several matters of concern.

According to a story from January, President Biden sold 950,000 barrels of the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve to a Chinese state-owned company that Hunter’s private equity firm had stock in.

As Biden releases barrels to try to decrease gas prices and fight the OPEC plan to cut output in November, the stockpile is at its lowest position in 40 years.

If Hunter is accused of tax offenses and lying on gun purchase paperwork, the prosecution may use emails, texts, and pictures that were published by DailyMail.com as evidence during his trial.

According to sources speaking to The Washington Post on Thursday, the FBI thinks it has enough evidence to prosecute Hunter Biden with failing to disclose his international business revenue and his drug use on a firearms application.

Federal prosecutors must now decide whether to file charges against the First Son after agents informed the Post they had gathered enough information for a criminal case against him “months ago.”

The agents assert that they have adequate evidence that Hunter neglected to notify the IRS of any revenue he received from his international business transactions.

In addition, The First Son claimed on a firearms application that he did not use illicit substances, but subsequently acknowledged in his own biography that he was a crack addict at the time.

If the matter goes to trial, there are rumors that Hunter would utilize his prior drug addiction as a defense.

His problems with crack cocaine have been publicly discussed, and pictures from his laptop demonstrate his prior drug usage.

Hunter never meant for his revealing emails, covert text conversations, or photos from his abandoned laptop to find up in the hands of law authorities, but the Bureau has had access to them since 2019.

A 2018 voicemail received by DailyMail.com in June showed that Joe and Hunter discussed about Hunter’s business contacts with a Chinese criminal known as the “spy chief of China.”

Despite strong evidence to the contrary, the president has consistently denied, both directly and via his press secretary, that he ever discussed Hunter’s international business with Hunter.

On December 12, 2018, Joe contacted Hunter and said he wanted to speak to him about something he had seen in the New York Times concerning Hunter’s interactions with the Chinese oil firm CEFC.

According to documents found on Hunter’s laptop that were previously made public by DailyMail.com, he struck a lucrative agreement with a Chinese business by bragging about his family ties.

The Times reported in 2018 that Ye Jianming, the chairman of CEFC, had been detained in China and that Patrick Ho, his senior deputy, had been found guilty in the US of paying African authorities to aid Iran in evading oil sanctions.

It was made known that Ye and Hunter had met in 2017 to talk about “a cooperation to invest in American infrastructure and energy agreements” in a hotel in Miami.

When Ho was detained, according to The Times, he contacted Joe Biden’s brother Jim, who told the publication that he thought the call was intended for Hunter.

The Gray Lady, who at the time had no idea of the extent of Hunter Biden’s contacts with his Chinese business associates, said that it was “unclear if Hunter Biden signed any commercial partnerships with CEFC.”

Joe contacted Hunter and left a message after viewing the article online.

Hey buddy, this is Dad. It’s Wednesday night at 8:15. Just give me a call if you get a chance. Nothing pressing. He said, “I simply wanted to chat to you.”

“I think the story that was published online and would be printed in the Times tomorrow was nice.” I believe you have it. In any case, give me a call if you get a chance; I adore you.
