Report has it that 2 people got killed at Isiolo-Wajir inter-community clashes

Two more people are missing, according to police spokesman Bruno Shioso, while nine people were critically hurt during the conflict.

Officers have tracked down and retrieved 600 heads of cattle taken during the incident, according to Shioso of Capital FM News. “Our officers acted quickly and tracked and recovered the cattle that had been taken.”

He also stated that security in the region has been increased to prevent any more incidents.

According to a police spokesman, the communities engaged in the fights have been at odds for years.
