RCVDA Community Housing C.I.C’s grading under review

According to the Regulator of Social Housing, RCVDA Community Housing C.I.C. has been added to its list of ratings that are now being reviewed (24 June 2022).

The provider does not currently have a published regulatory rating or judgment in line with our established processes since it had fewer than 1,000 residences at the time of the most recent Statistical Data Return.

A problem that may affect RCVDA’s compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard is now under investigation by the regulator.

The list of grades that are being reviewed is published on the website.

It does this by undertaking robust economic regulation focusing on governance, financial viability and value for money that maintains lender confidence and protects the taxpayer. It also sets consumer standards and may take action if these standards are breached and there is a significant risk of serious detriment to tenants or potential tenants.
